Mode of Dispatch
We (BANKERS’ HELPLINE) produce all our publications (weekly Newsletters, Books, Presentations, etc.) in digital form. A pdf copy of the publication ordered by you (buyer) is sent to you by email. We do not provide any printed copies. It is the responsibility of the buyer to preserve the publication safely on his / her devices. In case of non-receipt of any publication ordered by buyer, Buyer is expected to inform us by email within 15 days of the order / issue date. Requests received for resending the publication after this period of 15 days may not be considered.
